Using the platform
Rules that apply to all Mon Bara users.
1. Purpose
These terms govern use of the Mon Bara platform (mobile app and website). Mon Bara connects home service providers and client individuals.
2. User roles
Client: individual seeking a provider. Provider: domestic worker offering services. One account may hold both roles.
3. Acceptable use
No illegal content, harassment, false information or circumventing the contact system. Active moderation of reports.
Payments and legal framework
Billing, liability and applicable law.
4. Payments
Services are paid directly between client and provider, off Mon Bara. Only platform services (PRO subscription, KYC badge, boosts) are billed via Mon Bara.
5. Liability
Mon Bara is a matching intermediary. Liability for performed services lies with the contracting parties.
6. Applicable law
Ivorian law. Competent courts in Côte d'Ivoire. [Full text to be validated by MOA.]
